012mOk, I’m kind of obsessed… McQueen is giving life with these futuristic/industrial inspired pumps for his S/S 2010 collection. I ran across these lovely’s while browsing thru the cutest blog. www.missmeanshoe.com

They are a new online magazine devoted to everything HAUTE… Footwear, that is! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the Founder & Editor in Chief of Miss Mean Shoe LIZMARYS ARIZA, she’s such an inspiration…. This girl works hard! Please check out her site and learn more about them and subscribe. Meanwhile… Here’s another goodie I found yesterday!

Sneak Up On Me!

Ok, I’m not really sneaker chic, but these little darlings may have me rearranging my wardrobe! I was magazine shopping yesterday and ran across a copy of Italian Vogue…. The cover alone was intriguing enough for me to spend twenty bucks on it!  So as I’m whisking thru pages, I see these super cool sneaks by Japanese designer Ato Matsumoto. They were first spotted when Kanye West wore them in his “Stronger” video, when he’s giving you Marty McFly in back to the future. Anywhoo, now they’re popping up everywhere! Mostly in Europe, but non the less they are getting their shine. I’m really debating on these bad boyz (gold pair)? They aren’t expensive as the Martin Margiela sneaks I’ve been obsessing over…. See my Barney’s obsessions. But I kinda need them…… Meanwhile, they’d sit in my closet and collect dust. Maybe I should admire from afar. I feel like you have to have super thin legs to pulls these off! Skirts, shorts and sexy rompers…. No leggings, don’t wanna give that 80’s feel, its over and done with! Well… If your thin enough leggings or skinny jean could work…. I’m not a fan, but overall the sneakers are dope…… I heart Ato Matsumoto!

Spa For The Sole……..

Leather Spa is absolutely amaaazing! It’s the designated establishment for shoe repair in New York City. Leather spa is the ultimate experience for your most beloved shoe. Luxury brands such as Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Chanel and Christian Louboutin deserve nothing but the best!

Leather spa is downright the best thing to have happen for my soles, they’ve given my favorites new life! I tend to obsess over certain pairs of shoes… With wear and tear on top of  the New York City streets, its obvious I need their assistance once in a while. From chewed up heels & scuffed bottoms to online purchases that were a bit snug. They always sort it out and make it better! This shoe service is also available to clients out-of-state. It’s literally just a trip to your local post office shoes handy, contact info, descriptions of services requested and a smile. Depending on your service it will takes about a week for minor repairs. For shock treatment….. You’re gonna have to hold your horses, count on it being three weeks… Then again it’s worth the wait!

Services Include:  Heel/Sole Repair; protective soles, broken heel, change heel, heel recovery and sole repair/replace; Stretching and Shrinking; Cleaning and Re- conditioning

Ooh Boy!!

picture-13-300x244Ok, so I walk into the Beverly Hills Christian Louboutin boutique yesterday. No sooner than crossing the threshold I was drawn to the window….. Sitting there were these darling little flats, the “Fred Flat.” I immediately started thinking about all the endless possibilities of this little shoe. Mind you, this shoe isn’t for the faint at heart…. Spunk is definitely necessary to pull these bad boy’s off and I’m all over em!

Check out the revamped super cool Christian Louboutin website to find your nearest red bottom boutique.

Insanely sick shoe

Insanely Sick

Dammit….I need this shoe immediately if not sooner!! Stella McCartney once again is causing me problems. Recently a close friend and I made a pact that we will not shop for the unnecessary this year, but this shoe is definitely necessary?!? It’s the detail that does it for me, the slight platform and the ruched ankle strap. Not to mention the beautiful silk satin and cut-out detail. These shoes are breathtaking and I want a pair!
